• BUG: Fixed an issue where a v3 test process which terminated unexpectedly (for example, because of an out of memory condition) would appear to still be running rather than reporting as crashed. xunit/visualstudio.xunit#442{: .issue-link }

• BUG: Fixed an issue where source information (filename and line number) was missing when reporting test results to VSTest. xunit/xunit#3298{: .issue-link }
