Behavior notes

• GetMissingComponents() returns a Component bitmask.
• GetVersion() returns a ServiceVersion constructed from major, minor, and revision.
• InstallWithDependencies() installs dependencies synchronously.
• InstallWithDependenciesAsync() runs on a background thread and reports InstallProgress.
