Review GitHub PR #$ARGUMENTS and provide detailed code review suggestions.

Process:

1. Checkout PR: Use gh pr checkout $ARGUMENTS to checkout the pull request locally
2. Analyze Changes:
   • Review the PR diff using git diff master...HEAD

3. Provide Feedback:
