RuView v0.9.2-qualcomm-beta.1

This simulator-first beta adds a Rust Qualcomm Atheros CSI boundary without claiming modern Qualcomm firmware exports that have not been physically verified.

Included

• ADR-268 selects QCA9300 as the first physical baseline and treats QCN9074 and QCN9274 as experimental modern profiles.
• ADR-269 defines the bounded, versioned, CRC-protected QCS1 protocol.
• qualcomm-csi-sim emits deterministic MIMO CSI over UDP or replay files.
• The sensing server validates QCS1 datagrams, broadcasts bounded summaries and exposes /api/v1/csi/qualcomm/latest.
• qualcomm:simulated provenance is retained end to end.

Validation boundary

Codec, corruption, truncation, finite-value, dimensions, chipset bandwidth, determinism and prefix parsing are automated. Loopback UDP/API validation covers all profiles. Physical QCA9300 comparison and modern firmware export validation remain hardware gates and will be published with firmware and calibration details.
