Scaffold a Remotion Element

The Element contribution guide is the source of truth for Element development. Read it completely, then follow its Develop the Element section.

After scaffolding, suggest opening Docs Studio to preview the Element. If the user agrees, start it without opening a browser automatically:

bunx remotion studio --no-open

Read the URL from the command output and open that URL in the available browser.
