Ordinary organization membership does not automatically grant access to every project. Organization admins are the exception: they inherit Admin access to every project. Use Members in the project sidebar to control everyone else's project access.
Select Add user, choose an existing organization member, and assign a project role. If someone does not appear, check whether they already have a direct project role. Otherwise, add them to the organization first.
See Managing Project Access for the complete member workflow.
Use the Teams section to grant the same project role to a group. Team members inherit that access while they belong to the team.
Teams can receive Viewer, Editor, or a non-Admin custom role. Give Admin directly to a person when full project control is required.
Before changing or removing an assignment, select View effective permissions. This shows permissions from a direct project-role assignment and access inherited from the organization or a team.
See Roles & Permissions for the built-in roles and Custom Project Roles for narrower permission sets.
