Default keymap for Sofle Pico Keyboard

Adapted from the classic Sofle Keyboard by Josef Adamcik. Simplified to serve as a starting point for further customizations. Layout in Keyboard Layout Editor Left encoder controls volume up/down/mute. Right encoder PGUP/PGDOWN.
