Page.setBypassCSP() method

Toggles bypassing page's Content-Security-Policy.

Remarks

NOTE: CSP bypassing happens at the moment of CSP initialization rather than evaluation. Usually, this means that page.setBypassCSP should be called before navigating to the domain.
