• SystemFileSyncing protocol — New SystemFileSyncing protocol enables iCloud Drive syncing of files in System/<name>/ subdirectories, complementing the existing BIOSSyncing protocol for BIOS files.
• iCloudDriveBIOSSyncer System/ support — iCloudDriveBIOSSyncer now monitors both BIOS/ and System/ directories in iCloud Drive and implements SystemFileSyncing for upload/download of per-console system files.
• Legacy RetroArch migration — App-level migration in LegacyFileMover copies known system subdirectories from Documents/RetroArch/system/ to Documents/System/<name>/ on first launch after upgrade.

Fixed

• VICE core migration — VICE Commodore emulator RetroArch machine subdirectories (C64/, C128/, VIC20/, PET/, etc.) and config files are now included in the legacy RetroArch system directory migration.
• melonDS migration — melonDS BIOS/firmware files (bios7.bin, bios9.bin, firmware.bin, DSi variants) and the melonDS/ subdirectory are now migrated from legacy RetroArch system directories to System/NDS/.
