• Reproducible dylib builds — cores.yml now has a pinned_date field that locks all RetroArch buildbot dylib downloads to a specific nightly snapshot, preventing silent upstream regressions and core-version churn across CI/developer machines
• update-dylib-pins.sh — new helper script to bump the pinned buildbot date in cores.yml (./update-dylib-pins.sh for today, or ./update-dylib-pins.sh YYYY-MM-DD for a specific date)
• get-modules.sh — reads pinned_date from cores.yml and substitutes it for latest in all buildbot URLs; falls back to latest when no pin is set
