• Atari ST BIOS Boot — Extract Hatari/TOS BIOS logic into PVRetroArchCore+BIOS+AtariST.m; fix bug where a stale/invalid tos.img in the BIOS directory blocked a valid alternate (e.g., tos102.img) from being used; add full TOS inventory logging across BIOS, system, and system/hatari directories to aid diagnosis of stuck pre-patched BIOS files.

• Hatari BIOS search — TOS candidate validation now checks file validity (size, ZIP detection, load address) before accepting, so importing a fresh TOS image will always take precedence over an old invalid one regardless of filename.
