Configure Kestrel defaults for Endpoints

We configure KestrelServerOptions.ConfigureEndpointDefaults so the Endpoints will run only on HTTP/2.

You can only access this sample over HTTPS. Hence use https://localhost:5001/ instead of http://localhost:5000/.
