• Started the next tranche-7 Ralph slice
• Chose the batch failure semantics row as the next bounded slice
• Created the Ralph snapshot in .omx/context/
• Audited the legacy row against current proof and source:
  • legacy Editor.withBatch(...) explicitly kept direct children assignment committed even when a later batch error threw
  • current withTransaction(...) explicitly proves atomic rollback on throw for staged changes instead
  • there is no live doc or proof owner claiming exact legacy partial-commit semantics as part of the kept contract
• Reclassified legacy-slate-test-files.md:
  • apply-batch-failure-semantics.js is now explicit-skip
  • the note now says the exact legacy semantics are cut while the replacement seam proves atomic rollback on throw
• Synced the cut into the live proof/review stack:
  • true-slate-rc-proof-ledger.md
  • release-file-review-ledger.md
• Verified:
  • legacy fixture recovery from git history for apply-batch-failure-semantics.js
  • current source/proof audit against transaction-contract.ts and with-transaction.ts
