Slate v2 Slate Hyperscript Proof Closure

Goal

Close the contributor-facing slate-hyperscript package slot with explicit same-turn proof instead of leaving it as an implied smoke-only claim.

Completed

• verified the source package still matches the legacy hyperscript factory and creator surface
• restored a live workspace root entry at /Users/zbeyens/git/slate-v2/packages/slate-hyperscript/index.ts
• proved the package through:
  • the full fixture suite
  • the smoke suite
• registered the package in the True Slate RC proof ledger and release file review ledger
