Slate v2 Batch 9: Perf Posture And Target B Promotion / Hold

Goal

Execute Batch 9 from docs/slate-v2/master-roadmap.md.

Phases

  1. refresh the full replacement gate evidence
  2. freeze the perf language to the measured lanes
  3. decide Target B promotion or hold
  4. sync the live verdict docs, repo-local envelope docs, and ledger
  5. verify and review

Progress

  • created Batch 9 context snapshot
  • confirmed the replacement gate script is the right fresh-evidence source for the final perf posture
  • ran the full replacement gate for fresh same-turn evidence:
    • yarn test:replacement:gate:local
  • refreshed the scoreboard to the new measured lane results
  • froze the perf story to measured lanes only
  • kept Target B on explicit hold
  • removed perf as a standalone Target B blocker
  • synced the final verdict docs, repo-local envelope docs, ledger, roadmap, and overview

Exit Read

Batch 9 is complete.

Final hold read:

  • Target A: Go
  • Target B: No-Go

Surviving blockers:

  • public claim width
  • oracle depth
  • still intentionally narrow family contracts

Perf posture:

  • lane-by-lane only
  • not a standalone Target B blocker
  • still not a license to say “faster everywhere”
