Slate v2 Batch 6: Release-Candidate Freeze

Goal

Execute Batch 6 from docs/slate-v2/master-roadmap.md.

Checks

  1. full file-review ledger sweep
  2. final authority sweep
  3. final blocker/readiness sync
  4. final command-pack refresh
  5. final migration-candidate read

Progress

  • refreshed the file-review ledger and added the freeze read
  • rechecked authority drift across:
    • overview.md
    • master-roadmap.md
    • release-file-review-ledger.md
    • architecture-contract.md
    • docs/slate-browser/overview.md
    • 2026-04-08-slate-v2-maintainer-diff-register.md
  • confirmed the remaining No-Go reasons are release-scope and proof-depth issues, not doc-ownership drift
  • refreshed launch-next-ralph-batch.md so it only applies to unfinished or newly added batches, not to a fully cashed-out roadmap
  • kept the final command-pack owner in docs/slate-v2/commands/

Freeze Verdict

  • Target A: Go
  • Target B: No-Go

The roadmap ladder is complete.

What remains is not another roadmap-structure batch. What remains is the named blocker work in:

  • full-replacement-blockers.md
  • release-readiness-decision.md
  • replacement-gates-scoreboard.md
