Slate v2 Family Ledger Phase 9

Goal

Land the first family-by-family preserved / redefined / not-yet-covered ledger for the replacement candidate.

Scope

• add one dedicated family-ledger doc under docs/slate-v2/
• sync migration and top-level docs to point at it
• keep the ledger grounded in current matrix rows, current examples, and the hard-cut legacy list

Constraints

• no fake “fully replaced” framing
• distinguish:
  • preserved
  • redefined
  • comparison-only
  • not yet covered
  • intentionally later
• keep it release-shaped, not a historical changelog
