Editor Behavior Commands Pack

Goal

Create a reusable operator command pack for docs/editor-behavior/ modeled on the existing slate-v2 commands pack, and wire it into local docs plus the editor-spec skill so future editor-behavior work can proactively use it.

Phases

• Inspect the existing ../plate-2/docs/slate-v2/commands pattern.
• Decide the matching command set and link graph for docs/editor-behavior.
• Write the command docs and commands README.
• Wire the pack into docs/editor-behavior/README.md and .agents/rules/editor-spec.mdc.
• Run bun install and any doc verification needed.
