Emoji Shortcode Support

Goal

Add markdown emoji shortcode support through the existing markdown pipeline with tests and editor-behavior docs.

Phases

• Audit existing emoji support, markdown pipeline, and relevant learnings/docs
• Add red tests for desired emoji shortcode markdown behavior
• Implement emoji shortcode support in the markdown pipeline and sync docs
• Verify and summarize the feature lane
