- Caught that skills/planning-with-files/scripts/init-session.sh was not updated when slug mode shipped in v2.36.0, meaning users installing via npx or IDE folders silently received the old script
- Identified the same gap in the analytics template (v2.29.0) and the shebang drift from v2.35.1 across IDE mirror folders
- Synced the canonical skill copy and all IDE mirrors using the existing sync-ide-folders.py tool, and added a byte-comparison regression test plus a --verify CI assertion to prevent recurrence
- Impact: v2.36.0 headline feature (parallel plan isolation) now actually reaches users who install via the skill; regression test closes the drift class permanently
