``operators``

Dictionary of ``binary operator`` => ``fix strategy`` values that differ from
the default strategy. Supported are: ``=``, ``*``, ``/``, ``%``, ``<``, ``>``,
``|``, ``^``, ``+``, ``-``, ``&``, ``&=``, ``&&``, ``||``, ``.=``, ``/=``,
``=>``, ``==``, ``>=``, ``===``, ``!=``, ``<>``, ``!==``, ``<=``, ``and``,
``or``, ``xor``, ``-=``, ``%=``, ``*=``, ``|=``, ``+=``, ``<<``, ``<<=``,
``>>``, ``>>=``, ``^=``, ``**``, ``**=``, ``<=>``, ``??`` and ``??=``.
