Provider icon attribution

The 52 ProviderIcon-*.svg files in this directory were copied one-for-one from Sources/CodexBar/Resources/ProviderIcon-*.svg in CodexBar commit 215efbd39ad58acb4b0cd637c407d63e6183bc8d:
