Tax Rates are the specific percentages or fixed amounts applied to products when calculating taxes. Each tax rate is defined by a name, value, type (percentage or fixed amount), applicable geographical zone, and optionally, specific customer groups. Tax rates are the building blocks that are combined within tax classes to create complete tax rules for products.
