Cleanup Receipt

• bun install was required because the worktree initially had no node_modules.
• The install/postinstall build touched two files outside Todo 4 scope:
  • bun.lock
  • packages/omo-codex/plugin/components/codegraph/dist/serve.js
• Their generated diff was saved to install-byproduct.diff.
• Both byproducts were restored before implementation continued.
• Final staging is limited to Todo-4-owned category files, package-local manual QA script, packages/senpi-task/src/index.ts, and this evidence directory.
• Recovery verification spawned no tmux sessions, browsers, servers, daemons, or long-lived processes.
• No temp QA resource required cleanup; all recovery commands were bounded Bun/rg/awk/git invocations that exited.
