Stop-Hook Verification 3

Scenario

The third LazyCodex executor evidence hook challenged the completion report for PR #5736. I re-ran direct verification from the isolated worktree and recorded a fresh artifact.

Invocation

stop-hook-verification-3.txt captures:

• current git head and status
• upstream branch
• commits over origin/dev
• remote branch head from git ls-remote
• PR metadata from gh pr view 5736
• evidence file sizes
• tails of the focused unit test, generated installer test, isolated Codex installer QA, and full test:codex artifacts

Observable

• Current head before this evidence commit was 677196e0d8b36867d358cadaabe005f1d63eac52.
• Remote branch code-yeongyu/fix-codex-windows-hook-trust contained that head at verification time.
• PR #5736 remained open, targeted dev, and pointed at the same branch.
• Existing evidence artifacts were present and non-empty.
• Captured test tails showed the focused hook trust test passed, generated installer test passed, isolated install QA passed, and full Codex gate ended with tests 421, pass 421, fail 0.

Judgment

The completion claim remains supported after the third direct verification. This file and stop-hook-verification-3.txt are added as fresh evidence.
