This directory contains hand-written project documentation, implementation plans, and design notes.

GitHub Pages is no longer published from this directory. The website source lives in website/, the generated static artifact is website/out/, and deployment is handled by .github/workflows/pages.yml.

Sparkle public release sources live in release/ and are copied into the GitHub Pages artifact during the website build.
