Understanding your revenue and profit helps you make informed business decisions.

Access financial reports

1. Go to Overview

You'll see cards showing your key metrics.

Revenue

Revenue is the total money coming in:

• Invoice payments
• Sales
• Other income transactions

View revenue

• Current period total
• Comparison to previous period
• Trend over time

Revenue is based on income transactions in your connected accounts.

Profit

Profit is revenue minus expenses:

• Revenue: All income
• Expenses: All outgoing transactions (excluding transfers)
• Profit: What's left

View profit

• Current period profit
• Profit margin (profit as % of revenue)
• Trend over time

Date ranges

Switch between:

• This month / Last month
• This quarter / Last quarter
• This year / Last year
• Custom date range

Filters

Filter to see specific views:

• By account (see profit from a specific bank account)
• By category (see revenue from certain categories)

Share reports

1. Open the report you want to share
2. Click Export or Share
3. Get a link or download PDF
