Share financial reports with stakeholders who need visibility into your business performance.

Share a report

1. Go to Overview or the specific report you want to share
2. Click Share
3. Choose sharing method:
   • Link: Generate a shareable URL
   • PDF: Download to send manually
   • Email: Send directly from Midday

Shareable link

Generate a link that anyone can view:

• Link is private by default (only people with the link can access)
• Optional password protection
• Set expiration date

Link settings

• Password: Require a password to view
• Expires: Auto-disable after a date
• Permissions: View only (no editing)

PDF export

Download a PDF for:

• Sending via your own email
• Printing for meetings
• Archiving for records

PDFs include:

• Report data as of export time
• Your business branding
• Date range and filters applied

Managing shared links

View and manage your shared reports:

1. Go to Settings
2. See all active shared links
3. Revoke or update as needed
