This guide covers how to change your profile information and reset your password.

Update Profile Details

You can update your first name and last name in your profile settings.

To update your profile:

  1. Open the Bloom homepage.
  2. Click on your Bloom organization name at the top.
  3. Select "Account Settings" from the menu.
  4. On the Profile page, update any of these fields:
    • First name: Your given name
    • Last name: Your family name
    • Email: You can't update your email. If you need to change your email, contact support.
  5. Click "Save changes" to update your profile.

Reset Password

If you created your account with an email, you can reset your password if you forgot it or want to change it.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the Bloom login page.
  2. Click "Reset" next to "Forgot password?"
  3. Enter your email address.
  4. Click "Send Instructions."

Bloom will send a password reset email to your inbox. Open the email and click the link to create a new password.

Once you reset your password, use the new password to log in to Bloom.

Troubleshooting

If you don't receive an email to reset your password:

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address.
  • Contact support if you still can't reset your password.
