Our team is here to help you with any questions or issues you have while using Bloom. This guide covers how to give feedback on Bloom's responses and how to contact support for help.

Give Feedback on Bloom's Responses

While chatting with Bloom in your project interface, you can provide feedback on its responses if they're helpful or if they missed the mark. This helps our team understand how Bloom is performing and where it can improve.

Give feedback on Bloom's responses when:

  • Bloom's response was helpful or exactly what you needed (thumbs up)
  • Bloom's response wasn't helpful or missed the mark (thumbs down)
  • You want to provide more details on what went wrong with Bloom's response (after clicking thumbs down)

To give feedback on a Bloom response:

  1. After Bloom responds to your message, click the thumbs up or thumbs down icons below the response.
  2. If you click thumbs down, a feedback dialog appears. Select specific reasons why the response wasn't helpful and provide additional details.
    • The more details you provide, the better our team can understand how to improve Bloom. Select all reasons that apply and add more explanation of what went wrong in the text field.

Our team receives your feedback and uses it to improve Bloom's responses. If you provided detailed feedback, you may receive a follow-up email with more questions or to let you know when the issue is resolved.

If you face general issues with Bloom related to your account, billing, or other technical problems, you can contact our support team for help.

To contact support:

  1. Open the Bloom homepage.
  2. Click the <InlineIcon Icon={QuestionMarkCircle} alt="question mark" /> icon at the top right.
  3. Fill in the contact form:
    • Subject: Brief description of your issue (for example, "Can't cancel my plan").
    • Description: Detailed explanation of what went wrong, steps to reproduce the issue, and any error messages you see.
    • Attachments (optional): Upload screenshots or files that help explain your issue. For example, include a screenshot of an error message or the part of the interface where you're having trouble.
  4. Click "Submit" to send your request.

Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible through email.

Tips for Getting Help Fast

When contacting support, provide as much detail as possible about your issue. This helps our team understand the problem and find a solution faster. Here are some tips:

  • Be specific: Describe exactly what happened and what you expected to happen.
  • Include screenshots: Show the issue with screenshots when possible.
  • Mention your project: Share your project name if the issue is related to a specific project and you have multiple projects.
  • Note error messages: Include any error messages you see.
  • Describe what you tried: Explain what you were doing when the issue occurred.

The more details you provide, the faster the Bloom team can help solve your issue.
