• Disable logging to file in non-verbose mode
  • This should avoid some crashes and decrease load on disk
• Fix crash caused by using CFRunLoop unnecessarily
• Fix BlackOut not disabling mirroring when turning back on the display
• Fix DDC services not being assigned correctly to slower monitors
