Mypy plugin

Configure Mypy to use this plugin by adding the following to your ``mypy.ini`` file:

    [mypy]
    plugins = luigi.mypy

or by adding the following to your ``pyproject.toml`` file:

.. code:: toml

    [tool.mypy]
    plugins = ["luigi.mypy"]

Then, run Mypy as usual.
