GTD Tools is a built-in Skill that brings the classic GTD (Getting Things Done) methodology into your conversations. Once enabled, your Agent becomes a task management partner — helping you capture ideas, track progress, and focus on what matters. Manage your schedule directly through natural language: sudden inspiration, household chores, or serious work plans — your Agent records and tracks it all.
GTD Tools is a built-in Skill. Enable it for your Agent before use.
From Agent Profile — Go to the Agent Profile page, click + Add Skill, and check GTD Tools.
In a conversation — Click the Skill icon below the chat input and check GTD Tools.
Send your plans in the conversation — your Agent automatically recognizes and confirms the task. No forms, no extra steps.

Update tasks through conversational commands. Your Agent handles the updates automatically.
Examples:
Capture on the fly — An idea strikes during a meeting? Tell your Agent in one sentence. No need to switch apps or open a task manager.
Weekly planning — Start a conversation: "Here's what I need to do this week…" Your Agent structures it into a manageable list.
Context switching — Moving from one project to another? Ask "What did I leave unfinished on the marketing project?" and pick up where you left off.
Collaboration prep — Before a team sync, ask "What are my action items from last week?" and show up prepared.

Use GTD for personal task management; use Scheduled Tasks when you want the Agent to execute something automatically at a set time.
