The iii project as a whole is a multi-licensed open source project. Each component has its own license, as described below and in the LICENSE file within each directory.

Engine Runtime

The iii Engine (engine/) is licensed under the Elastic License 2.0 (ELv2). See engine/LICENSE for the full license text.

You may use, copy, distribute, and prepare derivative works of the engine, subject to the limitation that you may not provide it to third parties as a hosted or managed service.

SDKs, Frameworks, CLI, Console, Docs, and Website

All other components are licensed under the Apache License 2.0:
