This function's behavior cannot be expressed with type hints, so it's hardcoded in the typechecker:
HH\Asio\va(Awaitable<T1>, Awaitable<T2>, ... , Awaitable<Tn>)
will return
Awaitable<(T1, T2, ..., Tn)>
...$awaitables
