Writes a full namespaced attribute

Parameters

• string $prefix - The namespace prefix.
• string $name - The attribute name.
• string $uri - The namespace URI.
• string $content - The attribute value.

Returns

• bool - - Returns TRUE on success or FALSE on failure.
