We’re happy to welcome five outstanding trainers from around the world who are not only passionate about what they do, but are also experts in their field.

Ryan Bonhardt

HTML and CSS

A strong believer in following his passion, Ryan Bonhardt is passionate about sharing his knowledge of HTML and CSS. He is also a great advocate of learning by doing, so be prepared to do and learn with Ryan this summer.

About Ryan

Ryan is the founder of Maker-Based Education, where he strives to help schools teach real and relevant skills and to empower all teachers and students in today's world. He has run across the USA for Sarcoma cancer research, lived in 10 cities, been a white water river guide, surfed across Latin America, and advised multiple small businesses. His goal is to love what he does and learn something new every day.

Ray Villalobos

Javascript Training

With over 20 years experience developing and training, Ray Villalobos has what it takes to help you take your javascript skills to the next level.

About Ray Villalobos

Ray Villalobos is a full-time author and teacher at Lynda.com with over 30 courses focusing on the front-end of the web including JavaScript, Responsive CSS, Sass, Compass, CoffeeScript and Workflows plus libraries and frameworks like Angular, Advanced Bootstrap, Gulp, Reveal, Grunt and others. He is also the author of the book, Exploring Multimedia for Designers. As the Director of Multimedia for Entravision Communications, he designed and developed a network of radio station and TV websites. As a Senior Producer for Tribune Interactive, he was responsible for designing orlandosentinel.com and for creating immersive interactive projects and Flash games for the Tribune network of websites. Andrew Rota

Web Components

As the idea of web components is beginning to catch the attention of more and more developers, now is a good time to not only familiarize yourself with it's capabilities, but to add some useful tools to your toolset. Andrew Rota will be teaching web components at Fresno City College, this summer 2015.

He has experience writing modular and testable JavaScript, building cross-device responsive websites, and architecting service-­oriented web applications for clients in a variety of industries.

Zeno Rocha

Polymer

Boasted as the future of Web Development, Polymer makes it faster and easier to create web applications. Zeno Rocha is a Polymer rockstar and will be teaching us Polymer this summer at Fresno City College.

About Zeno

He is a co-founder of BrazilJS Foundation, member at the Google Developers Expert Program, and a host on Zone of Front-enders. He also has a ton of activity on github! Author at Smashing Magazine, Zeno is always on the lookout for faster, more efficient development strategies.

Caleb Doxsey

Golang

Do you want a website that is fast? Do you want a website that can scale to millions of individuals instantly? Use what Google uses for their infrastructure: Golang, Google App engine, and Google cloud storage. This set of tools is the best of the best. When you learn to use this architecture, you will be amazed at how quickly your websites run. Golang is a "server side" language that will allow you to add great functionality, at fast speeds, to your sites. Caleb Doxsey will be teaching us the power of this combination this summer.
