El tuyo is a possessive pronoun in Spanish used to refer to something that belongs to the person being addressed (tú) and is masculine (for example, número or libro).
It is used when the noun has already been mentioned or is clear from the context, so it's not necessary to repeat it. For example:
Mi número es +57 313 445 9280. ¿Y el tuyo? – My number is +57 313 445 9280. And yours?
Este es mi libro. El tuyo está aquí. – This is my book. Yours is here.
In both cases, el tuyo replaces the noun and refers to something that belongs to the listener.
