Maintenance

Normative OKF use/update gates: repo canonical agent instructions (AGENTS.md). Reminder + conformance detail: Maintenance. Before finishing, sync OKF when triggers apply; if not needed, state why (OKF unaffected (non-behavioral edit) for pure comment/typo/format).
