This property affects the behavior of the CreateBookmarkCommand, the DeleteBookmarkCommand and the ShowBookmarkFormCommand commands.
The DocumentCapability.Default value for the Bookmarks property is equal to DocumentCapability.Enabled, so that the bookmarks are available for a document currently loaded in the RichEditControl.
