A RowData object that is the row’s data.

The NewItemRowData property returns an object whose properties allow you to obtain the row’s state, position, cell values, etc.

The new item row is not displayed within a View if the TreeListView.NewItemRowPosition property is NewItemRowPosition.None. Refer to the New Item Row topic for more information.
