The following members return ScaleCustomLabelCollection objects:
Each linear scale can hold a collection of custom labels returned by the Scale.CustomLabels property and represented by the ScaleCustomLabelCollection class. Each collection item is an instance of the ScaleCustomLabel class and can be accessed via the GaugeDependencyObjectCollectionBase<T>.Item property of a ScaleCustomLabelCollection object.
