The base class for radar and polar range series.

LabelKind staticGets or sets a label kind for the Circular Range Bar series. This is an attached property.
MaxValueAngle staticGets or sets the angle between a series label and a line which connects this label to the maximum value of the circular range area series point. This is an attached property.
MinValueAngle staticGets or sets the angle between a series label and a line which connects this label to the minimum value of the circular range area series point. This is an attached property.
