Accessing Summary Values

The Pivot Grid provides the PivotGridControl.GetCellValue method that allows you to obtain a cell’s value. The required cell is identified by specifying its owning row and column.

In most instances, you need to access a cell’s contents when handling specific events (for instance, PivotGridControl.CustomCellDisplayText, PivotGridControl.CustomSummary). The pivot grid’s events provide the event parameters which allow you obtain the contents (value and display text) of the currently processed cell.
