Gets or sets the data source field that stores brush values. These values specify the Appointments’ side strips.

Property Value

A String value that is the name of a data source field that stores brush values.

Remarks

A data source field mapped to the Brush property can store values in the following formats:

• Brush objects
• System.Drawing.Color values;
• string values that specify colors in the hexadecimal format;
• integer 32-bit ARGB values;
• OLE_COLOR values.
• Images
• byte arrays that store images

If the AppointmentStatusDataStorage.BrushSaving property equals its default Auto value, the Scheduler automatically recognizes the value type of a data source field mapped to the Brush property. You can also change the AppointmentStatusDataStorage.BrushSaving property to specify the value type manually. See BrushSavingType enumeration values to learn more.
