Gets a value indicating whether a View is visible.

Namespace : DevExpress.XtraGrid.Views.Base

Assembly : DevExpress.XtraGrid.v25.2.dll

NuGet Packages : DevExpress.Win.Grid, DevExpress.Win.Navigation

Declaration

csharp
[Browsable(false)]
public virtual bool IsVisible { get; }
vb
<Browsable(False)>
Public Overridable ReadOnly Property IsVisible As Boolean

Property Value

TypeDescription
Boolean

true if a View is visible; otherwise, false.

|

Remarks

The property determines if a View is currently displayed on screen. If the View is invisible as a result of scrolling, the IsVisible property returns false.

Note

Detail pattern Views do not contain data and they are never displayed within XtraGrid. So, the IsVisible member must not be invoked for these Views. The IsVisible member can only be used with Views that display real data within the Grid Control. Use the following methods to access these Views with which an end user interacts at runtime.
