A DevExpress.XtraEditors.SplitGroupPanel object which represents the right (or bottom) panel.

If the split container’s SplitContainerControl.Horizontal property is set to true , the Panel2 property’s value represents the right panel.
If the SplitContainerControl.Horizontal property is set to false , the Panel2 property provides access to the bottom panel’s settings.
