RepositoryItemCheckedComboBoxEdit.ClearDataAdapter() Method

Forcibly nullifies the internal data adapter. Call this method before you dynamically provide a data source for the current repository item within a ShownEditor event handler.

This method is relevant when CheckedComboBoxEdit objects that correspond to the current RepositoryItemCheckedComboBoxEdit are used in the in-place mode and data sources for them are dynamically provided via ShownEditor event handlers.

In the in-place mode, if you handle the ShownEditor event of the container control to provide a custom data source for the CheckedComboBoxEdit editor, call the ClearDataAdapter method before you assign a data source to the RepositoryItemCheckedComboBoxEdit.DataSource property. This method forcibly sets the internal data adapter that is intended to manage data within the CheckedComboBoxEdit to null.
