Returns a filename extension for the specified file or folder metadata container.

Remarks

Call this function to obtain the filename extension corresponding to the data format of the online storage resource whose metadata container is passed as the AItem parameter. The GetExtension function returns an empty string if the specified resource is a folder; otherwise – obtains the filename extension from the file metadata container’s Name property or the DefaultMIMETypeToExtensionDictionary property (that is, in the case of Google Documents).
