TcxCustomDataController.ClearSorting(Boolean) Method

Clears sorting applied to the data controller’s items.

Remarks

The AKeepGroupedItems parameter specifies whether grouping items are affected by the method. If AKeepGroupedItems is True , only the sort order of non-grouping items is changed. Otherwise, the sort order of grouping items is reset. See the TcxDataSortOrder type description for the list of the available sort orders.

Note that the sort order of an item cannot be set to soNone while data is grouped by this item. ClearSorting changes the sort order of a grouping item to soAscending , but when you ungroup data by this item, its sort order is automatically changed to soNone.
